Here we go. From September 5th to 7th, 2025, laBalocchina is heading to Berlin. And not just for a simple trip: we will be among the protagonists of Frizzante Berlin, the festival that celebrates the most authentic Italy, made of genuine flavors, artisan hands, and stories to tell.
📍 The setting? The splendid St. Elisabeth Church, in the heart of Mitte. A place steeped in history and hospitality, perfect for hosting three days of natural wine, Italian street food, music, and encounters. And in the midst of all this, we will also be there, with our Carnaroli Classico and a few surprises specially designed for the occasion.
Why Frizzante?
Frizzante Berlin is a special event. It’s not a fair, it’s not a market, it’s not a simple food festival. It is a meeting point between producers and tasters, between those who love Italy and those who experience it every day, even from miles away.
Organized by tipBerlin and Viani, Frizzante brings together over 50 Italian producers: winemakers, food artisans, restaurateurs, and small brands that believe in the quality and beauty of well-made things. For us, it’s a unique opportunity to take our rice beyond borders, make it known, tell its story, and cook it.
