Carnaroli rice is a Lungo A type rice. Its grain, large and oval in shape, has a central opalescent pearl, which helps to absorb flavors and aromas during cooking thanks to its porous surface.
Rich in amylose and resistant to cooking, it is a perfect rice for the preparation of risottos and which today is among the most used in the kitchen, both by the great starred chefs and by families from all over the world.
Baldo Integral
Baldo rice is a Lungo A type rice, characterized by a very consistent, large and translucent grain. It was born in the 1970s from the cross between Arborio rice and the Stirpe 136 variety.
Apollo rice
Apollo rice is a Lungo A type aromatic rice, obtained through non-GMO crossing techniques between an aromatic Asian variety and an Italian rice.
