RETURNS
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you may return one or more items and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise your right of withdrawal.
To proceed with the return you must send an email to info@labalocchina.com
Return: If you wish to request a refund, send the return at your own expense to the following address:

In case you have taken advantage of free shipping, the amount of the return will be equal to the price of the purchased item, from which the shipping costs will be subtracted, according to the country you live in.
The right of return and withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met
the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
the products must be returned in their original packaging;
the returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and dispatched at different times;
Returned products must be handed over to the carrier within 28 days from the date you placed the order.
It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the Products shall be borne entirely by the Buyer.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
To activate the withdrawal procedure, simply write to info@labalocchina.com.
In some cases only partial refunds are granted:
If the order is not in original condition, damaged or there are parts missing for reasons not attributable to our fault; the order is returned more than 28 days after purchase.
CLEARANCE ORDERS:
Only items that are not on sale are refundable, therefore, refunds do not apply to discounted items.
