RETURNS
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items in replacement or exercise the right of withdrawal.

If you have used free shipping, the amount of the transfer will be equal to the price of the purchased item, from which the shipping costs will be subtracted, according to the country in which you live.
The right of return and withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
products must be returned in their original packaging;
Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 28 days from the date you placed your order.
It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:
If the order is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error; the order is returned more than 28 days after purchase.
SALE ORDERS:
Only non-sale items are refundable, therefore, refunds do not apply to discounted items.
