From 23 to 27 January 2025, Sirha Lyon hosted 257,363 professionals from the food & hospitality sector , confirming its role as a key event for the world of catering and hospitality.
This year laBalocchina was among the 4,700 exhibitors present , bringing the excellence of Italian rice to the attention of chefs, restaurateurs, buyers and international distributors. An extraordinary opportunity to promote our products and develop new collaborations.

Taking part in such an important fair has allowed us to consolidate our presence in foreign markets, coming into contact with new partners and companies interested in our products. The positive feedback received is a confirmation of the growing interest in the quality and tradition of Italian rice.
Next steps
After this experience, our goal is to transform the contacts collected into concrete collaborations, expanding our distribution network and making our rice even more accessible internationally.
