Characteristics
Apollo rice is an aromatic white rice, naturally gluten-free, has an elongated grain and represents the national alternative to the exotic Basmati and Thai rice.
Quick cooking: perfect for preparing rice salads or simply boiled to accompany second courses based on vegetables, meat and fish.
Flavor absorption: the cooking method that best enhances its aroma is boiling by absorption in a thick-bottomed pan.
